Le 3200 - Tisch reservieren

We had an awful experience on 15th February 2023. We were having lunch with our children. When my children (5 year old and 7 year old) returned to the dining area after visiting toilets, the manager pushed them out not to allow back into the dining area. The kids got terrified and burst out crying. My sister and her husband confronted the manager and were physically abused. My brother in law had to go to hospital for treatment after. We reported this to the police and pressed charges against them. Tourist Office of Les Deux Alpes advised that there are many complaints about the restaurant. It is not a safe place. Especially for families with children. We were horrified to be abused in day light. The owner must loose their license to trade. We will be reporting this together with video and photo evidence and police report to the mayor Christophe Aubert too. The authorities must be made aware before a bad fatal accident happens. Refuge des Glaciers management must not be allowed to work in hospitality with people when their staff physically and verbally abuse their customers.

Went for a lemonade, cost 10euro, you got 1.50 euro back if you took the plastic beaker back. OK fair enough, but the lady or should I say woman at the entrance, was so very very rude to people. You were told to put your rucksack to one side as you were not allowed to enter the area with your rucksack in case you dare get your own drink or food out of your bag. I totally understand the reason, but this could be enforced in a far better manner. We were a group of six, I was just waiting for the others, but due to the womans attitude at the entrance, I would not have stayed to eat with my group in the restaurant area, so they lost custom. If you refused to leave your rucksack saying you dont have any picnic, you were made to put your bag on the table so she could look into it, like you were a shoplifter or something. Come on guys, please show your clients some respect, not everybody is the same . I would recommend people stay away from this venue for this very reason.

Never visit this place, especially with family and children. Very aggressive staff. It should be closed by the resort , because it is dangerous for tourists. I have witnessed the way they communicate with costumers, in a super aggressive way and even physically attacking people. There are already a number of complains to the Les Deux Alpes resort office from people that they have been attacked there. I felt like I am in some criminal place, not a family French resort.

Horrible, in a summer nice day, loudly music, super-expensive (bee 8.5eur): results scary-empty place with weird ambiance. I wouldn’t expect this at the most sexy place of the 2 Alpes!

Not worth to have a lunch up here. You get a cold pasta for the price of a €19. Terrible I wouldn’t recommend this place. Self service sucks
