Le Bajana - Tisch reservieren

A last meal before the end of the holiday, an address that we were advised by Patricia maraîchère (who has very good products) from her state to the bridge of the Gard. A very well hidden cluster in this small village of Collias, a 10/10 welcome of advice on dishes (excellent) such as chicken and salmon qualm, and on the wines by the Master of Maison intarissable on the subjects, Madame, Monsieur. The Normans thank you for your welcome and wish you a long life at your hotel. Do not change anything.For us the holidays are over but we look forward to returning to your region...

Arrived a little late this Sunday noon (quasi 14h), we were very well received. House kitchen, well-filled plates. A good glass of white wine, and a great gourmet coffee. Home and very friendly services, which more is in a very nice place. I recommend!
