We had already come to the Colmiane and every time we were elsewhere to eat and we were disappointed. This time we made the right choice. The restaurateur is alone so he leaves us doubtful but not at all! Great pro, nice, quick service without being pressed. Small card but at least it's copyy, good and homemade. In the end, it manages much better than competitors who have a lot of servers and who make us all rent a table, serve, bring the bill. Frankly to recommend !!!!

We arrived while the restaurant closed more than 14h, despite the fact that the chef/patron welcomed us and we had a very good time there. It was good and his extreme goodness conquered us! I highly recommend. The restaurant is open all year round.

Very good address to the Colmiane. The dishes offered are simple but good. The boss is very nice and reserved us some nice little surprises. In went there twice in 10 days. I warmly recommend this establishment
