Inescapable... We were greeted warmly at the counter. And with healthy humor in the restaurant by the waitress who has been making good sauerkraut since 1985! We tried the beef medallion with mushrooms, incredibly soft, the escalope also with mushrooms, impeccable, and the calves head with vinaigrette: there were only good pieces.
