From all the restaurants I did in Lille, the Boucan is in my top 2! With my ex best friend, we went to lunch a noon and the map is simply fantastic, varied, and cheap for the quality of the dishes. There are several vegetarian options and I was subjugated! I imagine that omnivorous dishes must also be succulent, given the subtlety of the agreements between the different flavors... My former best friend was in depression at that time, and this lunch illuminated his day. Bravo to the service and the chief!
Only one fault: it is quickly complete. Otherwise, a team at the top, whether at the service or in the kitchen. It's always very good, it's fresh, it's homemade, always at least a fish and a vegetal dish. A very good choice of beers. And the secret boot: the makeleine:
