It is the oldest manosk restaurant (28 years old.) the boss is a cook, son of pastry. He runs the room. He has the taste of real, fresh, cooked house. In the evening we took a menu at €19.80: a salad of lotte with pistou (a feast), salmon needles with vegetables and gnocchis, then dessert frozen nougat / panacotta and counted with black cherries. fabulous at the taste level. the pistou is made from the basil of the garden of the boss, the panacotta, the nougat are made by the boss, the cherry count is made by his wife. It is very fine at the level of the kitchen with fresh basic elements. to see and taste absolutely.
