Le Caveau - Tisch reservieren

Siamo capitati in questo ristorante poiché tutto era già prenotato nei pressi di Reims. Non che il cibo fosse cattivo, ma i piatti non avevano quel qualcosa in più per cui farti dire "buono!". Menu economico, cibo ok, vino della casa non male devo ammettere. Apprezzate le verdure molto saporite e il crumble di fragole come dessert. Personale non troppo accogliente, non lo raccomanderei se non come ultima scelta, piuttosto di andare al pub.

Les bons souvenirs que j avais de ce restaurant se sont evanouis aujourd'hui. Établissement fige dans le temps ! A vraiment besoin d un grand nettoyage et rafraichissement (une odeur bizarre vous accompagne tout au long du repas) je ne peux pas dire que la cuisine soit mauvaise mais elle ne fait pas rêver . De plus addition plutôt salée. Ne suis pas prête d y retourner.

We had a fantastic meal here last night. We all chose the set 45 Euro menu, which was outstanding. Each course was delicious, but if I had to choose one it would be the scallops, which were out of this world, followed closely by the foie gras. Thank you for a wonderful evening in a charming setting.

Een restaurant met een topchef die ik al jaren bezoek tijdens mijn rondritten doorheen de streek van Epernay. Zeer lekkere schotels, goed verzorgd en een supervriendelijke bediening. Ook hoef je nooit lang te wachten. Liefst wel vooraf een plaats reserveren ! Een culinaire aanrader !

although the food was rather okay, this restaurant is really dated and the neighbourhood is poor; we visited this restaurant some 20 years ago with a group of people and then it seemed much better
