the receptionist was very unfriendly, super slow, not helpful, very grumpy. he charged me 8 euro per night for the parking unlike they advertised it as free parking he also charged my service animal for 10 euro per night, totally illegal. he initially gave me bad smelly smoky room while I had reserved a non-smoking room, he changed it after I complained. the new room didn't have a shower holder, so I had to wash with one hand while I was holding the shower in my hand

Null! The hotel is very old and deserves a major renovation. When I arrived in my room, I found a bedbug there, the boss moved me to another room and in the second another dead bug. I had to stay there for professional reasons and the wifi didn't work. The hotel manager didn't even offer me compensation and called us liars when we reported the wifi problem. Obviously I didn't spend the night there and I had to find another hotel at my own expense.
