The service is totally disorganized, our orders were taken by guy who welcomed us and brought us to the tables, somehow only the drinks made it to our table but then all tables around us who had ordered after us were served first. Only when I went to the bar things started moving. We got served the plate of cold cut after 50 Min. The only one trying to keep up the service was the nice waitress (others are waiters) but as the service is not structured she could not do much.
Really nice welcome and service by the staff despite a full restaurant. Delicious and light and light fondue. We were seated on the upper floor and it was unfortunately extremely warm. Sadly the windows were not opened to give us air and lower the temperature, so unfortunately we had to skip dessert and get out.
Ein Ort, den man wegen seines Ambientes unbedingt besuchen muss. Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Holzchalet, in dem alles sehr gut durchdacht ist. Sehr leckeres Raclette und Fondue. Der Service war großartig! Allerdings nicht billig.
My favourite restaurant in Crans, i always make sure to stop for dinner when in town. Very cozy location and the service is always impeccable. Highly recommended for a typical swiss dinner with raclette and fondue
