We went 2 days on the trot as had such a good first experience second one not as good as seemed short staffed and service was slow and 2 dishes didn’t come at all. In fairness they dealt with the issue really well. On both days the food and ambiance were great, and on the first day the service was excellent considering there were so many of us. Worth booking. The DJ outside sounded really good so on a warm day I’m sure outside would be great. Good location too
I had coffee my husband a tea cost 9.5 euros I expected this but when I asked for a glass of tap water as I was very dehydrated as skiing all morning the lady behind the bar said you can’t drink the tap water!!! I have checked and says Tignes has excellent water treatment system and it is fine! The next cafe we stopped at later on the slopes had carafes of water on tables! Avoid this place they wanted more money for me to buy bottled water!
Great place and thoroughly enjoyed every time I went there which was a few times a day. Quality of drinks were excellent and service good. Possible table service also would kill the queues and keep people in longer. All in all I highly recommend!
This is a cracking little snack bar up in the mountains. Reasonably prices good quality food. Its right next to a chairlift and you can ski down an easy blue run into Val Claret
