very beautiful experience with original dishes seasoned with local plants. a perfectly executed kitchen. special mention for the blown to the grand marnier and its blood orange sorbet, a recipe transmitted from chief chef for years, beautiful clind of eye to the suzette crêpe. very friendly and professional service, reception respectful of sanitary rules. only small flat: a little old and weakly ventilated but which did not ruin this beautiful discovery: we will return.
