Le Clemenceau - Tisch reservieren

A cracking night out in a small English bar in a friendly French village. We had arrived for Friday night Fish and Chips, when a great husband and wife team park a wagon up behind the bar and do the best takeaway I've had. Fried Haggis a must. Fried Cod done very well. Courteous service from bar staff, nice interior, and decent prices. Busy on a Friday, so grab a table early and make the most of this brilliant little bar. Highly recommended.

Etablissement accueillant, tenu par des anglais, où le personnel est sympathique. Les lieux sont neufs et propres. Il vous y sera proposé, à un prix modéré, un menu avec des mets très copieux, mélangeant des saveurs françaises et anglaises judicieusement mélangées. Le vin est peu onéreux. Le service est assuré avec efficience. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon.

The mobile fish and chip Van parks here every Friday and sells fish and chips of a high quality with friendly service. Unfortunately the service in the cafe/restaurant left a lot to be desired. The man behind the bar was less than friendly and the "latte" I was served whilst waiting was at best mediocre.

Lovely little bar that is run by a very friendly English couple who have good local knowledge. On Fridays they have the fish and chip van at the back. It's a huge draw for all the ex pats.

Didn't get through the door not dog friendly I go everywhere with my Labrador not a problem with French Bars. Will not go there even if on my own.
