Le Comptoir Espagnol

A very small restaurant run by a young couple, with limited menu choices but the food is superb! We ate there about five times in ten days and given 24 hours notice they coped with vegetarians and other dietary issues without any drama. Apparently the veggie options were really good which is often not the case in France. The quality and presentation of the dishes was exceptional and the speed of service was just right for a group of ten or so. Five minutes from the beach on the road to the covered market, you would not know it was there!

I had a good time with my son in the stephanie and sylvain restaurant. the atmosphere is calm, relaxed with a pleasant musical background. We ate fresh products of very good quality and very well cooked (and yes, even the brooms were good away from the tumult of the remblais, it is a quality address.
