What a sham. When you enter the building it looks really good; spacious, luxurious and promising. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. The waiters are rushing by the tables. They continuously ask whether you made up your choices even though the menu is clearly open in front of you , and breaks between the courses are 5 minutes at most. Everything gives you the feeling that you should hurry up. When we asked for additional fries or potatoes to complement the main course, the waiter seemed to be insulted, but after we insisted he arranged the fries to arrive 10 minutes later the salmon was served in 5 minutes though . The food is okay, but that really says it all. We had the salmon for dinner which was small, slightly overcooked and clearly prepared beforehand. The €36 3-course menu is far too small, and the main course doesn’t come with any form of decoration, salad, gratin, potatoes, fries or whatever. Very minimal. In short, the prices are way too high for what is served. The atmosphere is rushed and the waiters are either inexperienced or easily insulted. The food is not enough and quality is unsatisfactory. The additional fries we asked for were charged €12 !?! . A small glass of house wine costs you €6 here. All in all €102 for a small 3 course dinner of mediocre quality with poor, rushed service.

We stopped at the hotel during a trip, and decided to try the self styled gastronomic restaurant... We were quite disappointed the personnel was obviously stretched thin to cover all tables (as if on a Friday night they didn 't expect many customers? , they were courteous but forgetful and some could be heard arguing in front of customers... Even with that, we were expecting to receive better food than what we ordered. To me, it didn 't raise above brasserie level in terms of idea, presentation or taste. To justify the price, the managers should invest in more staff to assure the client 's satisfaction.

Very elegant dining room. Ladies dressed up a little. Food very good but service slow. As also a spa if you choose the starred items on the menu you can have a 3 course meal for 500 calories. Cost for 3 courses about 35€ per person. Did not have lemonade......perhaps they had had a run on it due to the hot weather . Staff very pleasant. Disabled access doable but poor.....almost impossible if in wheelchair without strong helper as very steep ramp.

This is a huge hotel clearly aiming for business/conference. From parking to reception is a long trek with luggage. Spa facilities and gym look reasonable quiet at night Rooms were good but some mould around bath spoiled effect. In the bar, Piano white noise drove me spare and meant we finished the beers and found another restaurant

simple food, simple breakfast but OK, good value for money. Only thing we did experience a understaffed day! Friendly hard working staff. WiFi did not work during our stay!
