Le Goéland - Tisch reservieren

we booked on site for 4 in the morning for a table at 9:45.At the time of arrival at 9:45 the waitress tells us that the restaurant is complete and checks the booking book or actually we are well registered for table 12. She therefore appealed to her colleague to clarify the situation because she was in the misunderstanding. His colleague arrives and luckily turns out it was the one we had reserved for. The server without showing any form of respect or empathy tells us that the reservation was at 9:30 and that the table had been given to 1 group of 5. I therefore appeal to the director of the institution because the dialogue was impossible with this server that was worthwhile between arrogance, pretention and lack of respect for the clients of this institution. The director then comes to meet us and we explain the situation to him. He explains that it happens every day that customers book and don't come.3 questions arise? Does the client not have to be at the heart of all concerns when a problem arises? What is the interest in proposing a booking service? How did the customer service that has always been your strong point and made the rename of your establishment to t it could have this changed point? It's been about twenty years since I came to family and friends every summer and I regret to say that through this experience it was the last time I put my feet there.

We went to goeland for dinner during a one-night escapade to beautiful island at sea.No surprises on our order made up of a grilled bar, a sea fire pot, a tiramitsu and a bottle of musadet. We still found that the prices are a little too high for the place.26€ the grilled bar, it's a bit pushed to my taste. We've also fallen on unbeatable musadet bottles, which we've seen at our waitress. She opened a second that was identical to the first. So they offered us another domain (better) for the price of the first: good gesture. I still stay on a note a little too expensive for what we ordered and the standing of the establishment.

We have dinner at the goeland two nights in a row during our stay in Belle-Ile: the staff is very helpful, and the kitchen (Lamb, turbot, vegetables, fries, tiramisu breton) excellent! we recommend this establishment warmly!

terrace to the inner harbour, beautiful in view, even a little near the road. faster service, sympathetic. excellent food - the price is accordingly

Royal experience: location, dishes, wines and reception! To do absolutely! seafood dishes are delicious: mussels and seafood!
