Le Jardin secret

Excellent spot near the canal and center of town. It was raining the night we were there and there was only 2 other tables going. The best fois gras we have ever had! This was not the usual "house pate" that the French pawn off on tourists, this was grilled and the real deal! I had the carre de agnew (lamb)and my wife had the black cod with a delicious Nicoise salad. The chef and owner waited on us and helped make it a memorable and romatic night! Excellent restaurant!

we decided to go for this restaurant by chance (the restaurant near by was too busy..) . What a surprise! For the ambiance, it was romantique, we were surprised to be taken to a hidden terrasse, it was quiet and cosy. For the food, it was a fabulous experience . The presentation of the food was fabulous. And to be honest, I wouldn't probably come back for the price . Super for the price.

This place is a fantastic 'secret' - we have been staying on our boat in and around St Gilles over ten years and always go there. Great food, beautiful garden and excellent local wine, especially the rosé (try Chateau l'Hermitage). Don't miss it!

Lovely attractive place with a very special outdoor restaurant in the garden, the food was tasty and well presented on the plate. The staff was extremely friendly, we spent a nice and cozy evening there.

Such a gorgeous little place in the gardens (out the back). The food was amazing. Cooked to perfection & presented beautifully. Highly recommend this place for fine dining & relaxing for a lovely meal.
