Le Mareyeur is one of several restaurants fronting the beach in a long line of bars, shops & eateries.Its good food, well presented, friendly service & has a variety of set meals or a la carte designed to suit most pockets.We went for the 'pecheur' menu. 25 Euros 20 cents per person, 3 courses (March 2017). Wine isn't included in that, there are a good choice of wines with bottles of the local Charentais costing about 12.90.
We loved this place. Buckets of moulds mariniere for just over a tenner and staff completely warm and friendly. We have a five month old who was accommodated in every way. We came here three times in four days, which speaks for itself.
seafood restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. ideally located on the seafront for the digestive walk. My dog likes a lot.
