Le Moulin des Quatre Saisons

Thank you to the waiters for having been to our care all night! and well on the excellent cookers that to say from the menu... everything was excellent! worthy of a very good gourmet restaurant! The cooks let us discover new flavours! I who don't like duck, this amuse duck and plum mouth was delicious! menus are really affordable for a restaurant with a star! (between 35 and 75 euros) the foie gras with the epice bread and the pistachio was the best I had eaten! The sweet meat was also delicious. the macaron with very good red fruit especially with these good raspberries! The presentation of the dishes is sublime! so beautiful that we don't want to touch it! the only flat I noticed and I also read in a comment is the noise. . there was a lot of people tonight, but the tables are really too close for me. But some customers also spoke very loud, it was really complicated to talk between us, it's really bad! We should find a solution to this problem because it's stacked on a beautiful evening! good courage to the whole team and thank you again for this beautiful evening on the edge of the loir

Ambiance, service, presentation, food and wine were very good as one would expect from a chef with a Michelin Star and we had a very enjoyable evening. The menu was a little mysterious (?) not helped by my partner and I being given different ones. The wine list was extensive with a good selection of 37.5 and 50cl bottles, very helpful with the new drink driving laws in France.The food was very good, although not beyond criticism. Our main courses were excellent, but both entrees and desserts tended to demonstrate flamboyance rather than good cuisine. The lobster/shrimp entree was superbly presented but contained so many different contrasting flavours that the delicate taste of the shellfish might just as well have been tofu. The brilliance of the triple apricot dessert was somewhat undermined by an extremely solid/heavy patisserie which was inappropriate at that stage of the meal. However these were minor criticisma of a splendid evening.

Excellent meal in love. The kitchen is very refined, top-show and exquisite flavours! On the other hand, a little disappointed with the no terrace frame despite this beautiful sun and the room lacks room so rather noisy...Quantity of wine with light glass for 8€...I put 5* for the care brought to the dishes, the freshness, the care provided to the presentation and the search for the best product.

excellent table , excellent products, excellent cuisine... Perfect meal of very high quality (we took the menu at 55 euros.) attention to the chef not to make too much of it in the explanation of the dishes.
