Situated close to the Chateaubriant rail station Le Paris Ocean Hotel - Bar Restaurant offers spacious car parking facilities for its clientele.Stopping for lunch on a very wet Sunday in late October our party of two found the large restaurant virtually empty except for a couple of diners.Opting for a 3-course menu express at 11.00 euros per person our order comprised of campagne pate and egg mayonnaise salad starters with main courses of grilled jambon and pork accompanied by a butter sauce, each being served with saute potatoes. From a choice of desserts we both decided on creme brulee. A glass of sauvignon blanc and an expresso coffee completed the meal.Pleasant surroundings, good service, agreeable food and all at a price designed not to break the bank seemed to be a good way to spend a couple of hours enjoying Sunday lunch.
A very interesting and fun guide of the different regions of French wine. We did the Tour De France which included a glass of Champagne, two Whites, and three reds. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and took her time to answer all our questions. At the end we were getting kicked out because our group was so interested or alcoholics.... i'm still not quite sure. The tasting takes place in the underground wine cellar. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Paris.
La serveuse pas hyper agréable au premier abord par contre le patron je l'ai trouvé agréable. La nourriture est basique et pas maison. Je trouve très correct qualité prix et les commodités sont impeccable
