The food was excellent and the products very refined. The plates are beautiful, very well laid out and legible. All the flavors of the dishes are present and the whole thing is extremely well executed. However, the service is very disappointing for a restaurant of this standard. The staff is very unenthusiastic, no details are given to us about the wine (although we had made an agreement). It’s very disappointing and makes the experience bland when it could be magical.
