Despite a very small wolf at the beginning, probably due to an internal communication problem, and by the way, quickly resolved by the boss, we were greeted with attention, and treated by the sommelier, competent and attentive! The meal was perfect with an elaborate kitchen, a presentation studied from the foie gras, which had nothing to do with the classic slice any usual beast, with fresh and light dessert, and the decline around the lobster. Everything was refined and tasteful! We also recommend the aperitif (for us it was champagne) in the warm and friendly setting of the cellar "to the ten thousand bottles". We warmly recommend this restaurant to the height of its reputation.
It's not my first visit to this restaurant. never disappointed, the brigade's will to delight constantly and the boss who is very attentive to the perfection of the dishes that will be served us. A restaurant that doesn't have a star, but that deserves it widely! ask what you want if you are vegan, and you will be surprised! (before it is even better!). The setting is great and you can take the coffee in the cellar. moment of pleasure where you cannot be disappointed. the sommelier chief is exceptional. small or big budget, it always has the trick to adapt. (not often the case).

Make sure to book because often complete. Currently, enjoy its terrace, a treat.
And yet I tested a lot of things: the different menus, the different rooms, eating with family in love with friends or all alone, the cooking workshops...It's always as well cooked, well presented, well served. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere classifies just what it takes but not cured. It's like eating at home but much better!
