My husband and I booked a table at L 'Échangeur for lunch on our way to our holiday in the Bordeaux area. We were greeted by a very friendly and polite young man who explained how the restaurant works. He looked after us for all the time we were there and deserves a special mention because he mades us feel welcome and relaxed. The selection of food on offer and the quality is excellent. The staff are all pleasant, efficient and polite and the atmosphere relaxed and conducive to good digestion. It is also very good value. We liked it so much, we booked again for lunch on our return journey to Brittany. Once again, we could not fault it. As they say in France, it was nickel . Merci pour votre accueil!
