evening stage in this hotel restaurant, hearty dinner and fast service, hearty breakfast and as fast service. do not rely on the atmosphere of the room because a little outdated, the staff is pleasant, quick and helpful. Only the rooms are a bit old (litery, TV, ...) but nothing dirty or unhealthy, nor any discomforts due to the road nearby during the night. for an evening rate step more than correct. So I'll do it again if I go around.

Escargots à la bordelaise, rognons de veau à la crème, Ris de veau, esturgeon du teich, ça change un peu de la pièce du boucher.... Cuisinés comme à la maison, c'est simple mais bon. Déco à l'ancienne, correct pour un midi.
