Excellent small gourmet restaurant near the beaches of La Tranche sur Mer in Vendée. I like everything: from fine and inventive cuisine to decor, reception and oenological advice. You can close your eyes (almost)!
Excellent dinner with four flaps and matching wines..delicate accompaniment, subtility of mixtures, warm explanations of sommelier, efficient service, good address, as since its beginnings, bravo again.
All right, not to be missed. Good welcome, good wines, passionate sommelier, perfect agreement with each dish. Refined kitchen, nice plates, you can only make compliments, and recommend this place.
