Le Refuge - Tisch reservieren

We read the reviews on tripadvisor and thought it was worth a try out. Really enjoyed the food . They BBQ the food in a very hot clay oven and the food is delicious. The setting is pretty outside and all the statue animals in the restaurant make it entertaining for children . I enjoyed a fan ocean salad it had lots of small scallops and prawns for a starter to share . The faux filet steak was excellent my husband had a burger which he enjoyed . The menu is all in French and the staff did not speak great English , so ordering was a lot of guess work. It's also a five minute drive out of Gerardmer, probably a little far to walk. We enjoyed the experience and would return

meals this Thursday 17/08 noon, in a very kind personal terrace, listening and with the smilecommand taken very quickly and fast service. The burgers are a real delight, at a very reasonable price. Arrived at 1pm, left at 2pm (no dessert, just a coffee)I strongly recommend this address

We have lunch in this restaurant, or everything works wonderfully! We were sitting next to the open kitchen. top service and excellent meals! Thanks to you for your professionalism!

Very good. the portions a little light (we had great hunger). but food is excellent. I highly recommend.
