We went for an evening meal food was okay but it had been recommended and had been told it was the best place to eat in Houlgate- it wasn’t The young man was very friendly and helpful but the young girl obviously didn’t like...the English as she was sourly and a bit rude Only went the once and wouldn’t go back

We have just returned from a long weekend staying at la vallee just down the road from houlgate. Went to this restaurant one evening. The service was great and food was fantastic. I would definitely go back again

The food wasn't good. The starter was okay, but the main course had no taste at all. The fresh fruit for desert was from a can. I cannot recommend this place.

We had lunch here and all was very delicious. Because we were not in the high season we could park our car opposite the restaurant which was quite handy.

Had a light dinner food was good and staff were well informed about seasonal specials. Reasonable price too.
