Maybe, I say maybe, the best bakery of provins. 'Cause I don't know them all. bread is really home there like pastry. these do not rest only on sugar and it is always a perfect balance. staff is always friendly and helpful. it is better to order in advance and wait to queue to be served. but we have nothing without anything as much as the prices are fair and do not enjoy the fame of the establishment.
I've only been to this bakery since I discovered it, even when I lived on the other side of the city. The classic baguette is excellent, the very good and original pastries about pastries is a pure treat! originality, eye pleasure, and products that vary according to seasons. plus prices are very affordable. I really recommend this bakery!!
