Le Saint Honore

I only live a block away from here, but I was only aware of Le Saint Honore recently. You have very tasty bread, one of the best in Geneva. Ever since I got to know the house, I've been buying my bread here. You are open 24 hours.... Outside the regular working time you only need to call one employee (which probably bakes in the kitchen for the following day) But that's not all. I come here almost every morning to get coffee coffee coffee. They are both excellent and cheaper compared to other cafes... Coffee is freshly made from beans, with a real espresso machine, and above all cups are warmed so that you can enjoy your coffee longer... The decoration of the coffee house is old and simple. The coolers make a noise. The tables are close to each other. So if you are looking for a cozy place, Le Saint Honore is not for you. But I just love how it is.

Ich hatte viele Mandelcroissants und Pain Au Chocolat, aber sie waren außergewöhnlich. Innen klebrig mit reichlich Füllung, außen knusprig/kritzig dekoriert mit Nüssen und Puderzucker oder Schokolade. Es gibt nichts Besseres als das kleine, harte, geschmacklose Stück Schokolade, das man normalerweise in den meisten... anderen Pain Au Chocolat oder Croissants findet. Auch die Macarons-Gletscher sind einen Versuch wert. Sehr gut und erfrischend! Später hatte ich auch noch ein bisschen Erdbeere und Aprikosen, unglaublich gut. Ich weiß nichts über das deftige Essen, ich habe es bisher noch nie gemacht; Die Obstkuchen sehen auch gut aus und die Coeaur de Paris (Preußen) sind auch super.

Das ist ein toller Fund. Der Kaffee und die Kuchen sind hier ebenso fantastisch wie die Atmosphäre. Es ist auch ein guter Ort zum Verweilen und Beobachten von Menschen. Ich habe Genf während meines einwöchigen Aufenthalts zweimal besucht. Der Umweg lohnt sich... Der Service ist persönlich und freundlich.

A beautiful place with good flavors....the waitresses have a smile and are attentive.... the cakes, the soup, the dishes everything is good
