We had lunch this afternoon at the Secret Times. What a marvelous gustative subtlety!!! As beautiful as good!!! A Saint Joseph 2016 perfectly accompanied these dishes from the entrance to dessert. A rarity at Salon !!! Last Friday a little trick in the time of secrets. Innovative and always as tasteful!!!!

Remarkable service and organization, small well-managed room, no waiting, not pressed either. Gorgeous sauces, an explosion of flavors and each wine chosen and advised with care. An extremely pleasant moment that we will not forget.
