Ubicado en la Grande Motte, Avenue du Grand Travers, al sur de Montpellier, esta paillotte o chiringuito de playa un tanto pijo ofrece servicio, de bar, restaurante, tumbonas, duchas, baño y playa privada con total seguridad y comodidad. A la hora de la cena hemos podido observar tanto un grupo de amigas celebrando un cumpleaños, como parejas para una cena romantica y muchas familias que venian con los hijos. Ofrece al cliente un servicio personalizado y excelente, en la carta encontramos platos de carnes y pescados de las mejores calidades y eso se paga. El famoso chef que està al frente de la cocina es el estrellado Jerome Bartoletti que comparte fogones con mi hermano Mickou encargado de preparar unas carnes excelentes y unas patatas fritas adictivas!!! Nosotros nos pedimos una ensalada muy completa con tiras de bacon y huevo pochado increible y unas costillas de pato que nunca las habia probado asi, eran mantequilla!!! unas raciones mas que generosas. El encargado de los postres estuvo un tiempo trabajando en el Bulli. Es el primer año que abre el local, permanecera abierto hasta el 15 de Octubre ya que luego tienen que devolver la playa limpia y esperando que el próximo año repitan.
