L'ebresse - Tisch reservieren

Ein schönen Abend sich verderben? Dann kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfohlen werden. Bei der Ankunft, wurde die Reservierung nicht gefunden. Nach einigen Minuten bekamen wir dann doch zu viert einen Tisch. Nach ca. 20 weiteren Minuten kam dann endlich die Bedingung zur Begrüßung und Getränke durften dann bestellt werden. Insgesamt hatte der Service den ganzen Abend sehr lange auf sich warten lassen. Eine noch größere Enttäuschung war das Essen. Wir hatten Fleisch bestellt, mit der Bitte dieses medium zu braten. Das Fleisch kam blue (was so ungefähr rohes Fleisch angewärmt bedeutet). Wir hatten es zurückgehen lassen, um den Garpunkt essbar zu gestalten. Überraschung? Ja, das Fleisch kam wieder blue zurück. Geschmacklich war das Fischaroma beim Fleisch und der Jus das Highlight des Abends. Meine Bauchkrämpfe am Abend und dem nächsten Tag haben mir das Menü gedankt! Abschließend bleibt zu sagen, beim Wein konnten sie nichts falsch machen. Der war gut, wurde ja auch nicht vom Restaurant zubereitet. Dieses Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Following Tripadvisor's comments, we are in this restaurant. Well, I don't share the comments too much. Welcome nice but long waitress takes about 5 minutes to welcome us and place us but good. Apéro sans mise en mouth ou petit amuse even no olive.... Meals : single lunch menu 18 € very reasonnât suggestion 26€ is already harder and a single course So I take suggestions plus entry plus dessert The rest of the table the perfect egg entry menu very correct but a total lack of seasoning on the whole dish. Veal and fries for menu No presentation see pictures and not at all seasoned lack of juice. Me suggestions at 26€ 3 small pieces of lamb good carrot and onion more pears very good but not quite copied given the price and still fade obliged to add salt and pepper. Sabayon honey very medium no decor there is a strawberry or something else for a little more In short to reading the comments we expected to super it was good medium damage

Disappointments Our must-have restaurant during our stays in La Bresse. Well... what to say. Very medium very long more refinement on the plates Forgot amuse loaf with himalaya salt without butter...Three medium . reduced card. We don't come to eat a mature hamburger, served without sauce. Mustard. Just open a pot .dessert fade.. Not disappointed. The big tabs of summer we think we're doing them elsewhere unless it comes back as before. A big thank you to the waitress who ran everywhere and did his job with efficiency

More room at the Autentik, they directed me to this establishment. I’m confident, but what a disappointment! Very long service of less patient clients than I left), medium day flat. Fortunately, dessert is good. And when the boss asks me if it was, she does not accept my remarks long service, medium flat). Anyway, bad time. Difficult to understand the rating of 4.5/5.

Beautiful dining discovery typed gastro but still consisting, quality ratio to the top and very friendly waitress and listening. We will come back.
