On that day, everything went wrong as usual ... Or rather, everything was fine at first, my wife and I, traveling along Provence, reached the wonderful town of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, wandered with pleasure along its picturesque streets. The breakfast time has already passed, but lunch time just came when we saw the restaurant L'Ecailler. It was necessary to have dinner, but ahead were Cord, Fontaine de Vaucluse and Lacoste. We moved further along the route and the result was lunch at a roadside cafe with a comprehensive lunch (((After inspecting the planned towns (all are beautiful!!!), we returned to L'Isle-sur-la-Surguie to have supper. We know that in France, usually dinner in restaurants starts from 19 -19: 30. Therefore, we arrived in the city about 18 hours and 30 minutes. As we were disappointed to learn that the restaurant opens at 20 o'clock ... I listened to many unflattering words from my wife about my mental abilities, but the desire to eat fish dishes made us wait ... About 19-30 the restaurant staff took pity on us and started feeding us!))) First we ate the freshest sea urchins, then the delicious fish Soup and then fried turbot! And more! A lot of this delicious aioli !!! Finally, after 3 days in Provence, we were treated to real aioli!))) So tasty for the entire stay in Provence, we had lunch again in Cassis and before flying home in Lyon! It was the anthem of Provencal cuisine.
