Leibspeis - Tisch reservieren

the organic restaurant leibspeis has dramatically improved its range of vegan dishes. they are now creatiw, tasty and beautifully presented. we had a variation of wild garlic dishes as an appetizer. this was an interesting mix of different textures and techniques, from quiche, to mousse to a type of frozen granular wild garlic (no warning how they did this? and a leaf in a crispy teig. I had a spinach strudel with a fantastic swirl sauce and as desserts a very good, only slightly sweet chocolate dripable. they also serve good vegetarian dishes from what I know from friends I have gedimated with.

sonnentor produziert viele sehr schmackhafte Produkte (Ich bin schon seit langem ein Fan ihrer Krümel, gewürzt und Infusionen) so war ich neugierig, das Essen in ihrem Restaurant zu probieren, als ich nah war. meine Erwartungen waren hoch und voll. Ich war begeistert von der saisonalen Kartoffel- und Blumenkohl-Whirlpool mit regionalen Zutaten. für ein kleines Menü waren die veganen Optionen reichlich (2 von 4 Hauptgerichten.)

sonnentor produces many very tasty products (I'm a fan of her crumbled, spicy and infusions for a long time), so I was curious to taste the food in her restaurant when I was close. my expectations were high and full. I was thrilled by the seasonal potato and cauliflower whirlpool with regional ingredients. for a small menu the vegan options were plentiful (2 out of 4 main dishes.)

sehr leckeres Bio-Lebensmittel. es ist das einzige Restaurant in diesem Bereich, das vegane und vegetarische Speisen serviert. sie machen dort Gerichte mit eigenen Unkraut. Essen ist ein hoher Grad! wir werden zurückkommen

always nice people, nice waiters. vegan options available, could be more. excellent taste with own sun gate spices.
