Very disappointed, I spent in the week bought with chopped meat... I notice the color of the meat that is abnormal, the smell strong enough that it releases, I cook it drops an impure piece .. I couldn't finish it. It's the first time I eat a meat so boring of smell and taste. It is really not forgiven to serve this meat that has not been fresh for a long time. I'm really disappointed because the butchery concept in the centre of Lens was interesting but I'm not going back. Irony: Provides golden meat.. but does not know how to serve fresh and edible minced meat.
