Leon de Bruxelles

We were delighted to discover this lovely restaurant within easy walking distance of our hotel.This was our last holiday meal before returning home and it surpassed all expectations.Our waiter was excellent and happy to practise his excellent English on us. The food was delicious, with many seafood dishes including some fantastic paella-style dishes. There were plenty of options for those preferring meat and we enjoyed everything. The desserts were amazing - waffles, sundaes, traditional - we were spoilt for choice.We arrived soon after opening time so it wasn't a problem getting a table. It got busy quite quickly and many diners seemed to be locals so it is probably a good idea to book in advance.We hope to be visiting again one day.

Overnighting for an early morning flight, went to this restaurant local to the Ibis styles. It is literally across the road. It is quite popular, so getting there early if you want to sit outside a necessity. Moules a speciality, most elect to have them with frites.

We had a lovely evening here made all the better by the attentive staff in a child friendly restaurant. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble, a table by the children's play area

Had very delicious mussels and one of their signature deserts. It's always a pleasure to be at a Leon de Bruxelles restaurant: Nice food, easy atmosphere and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

My meal was the steak. Beside the steak the rest was ok. It was like shoe and cold and burned. The service was nice and the place it self is nice too. The steak was the worst i have ever eatten.
