I called around 6:30 to book a table for 2 on 30/07/2017 at 8pm. the answering machine told me that I could leave a message with my contact details, which I did when I asked to be called back for confirmation... Between 7:30 and 7:50, I recalled 5 times: busy. I came to the reception, despite everything, and I said I left a message for the reservation. the young woman told me that no one listened to the answering machine (sic), and that my reservation did not exist! I asked to talk to his superior (in fact another server). I had to explain everything again and I got caught by a "it'll have to wait 45 minutes." I finally had dinner at "the bufala" where I was very well received, without reservation...I liked this restaurant and I had a good time there, but since the system changed, it is almost impossible without waiting for the lead to dinner. I don't have any comments on the food or quality of the service since I couldn't test them. But I will certainly not advertise for this restaurant. I'm very disappointed with the welcome and disinvolture the staff speaks about. I understand that given the number of customers who are scrolling, if they lose some of them, it's not serious, but because of losing them.
