in a simple setting (the tables are very close to each other) you can enjoy a fine and revisited bistro cuisine. the fundamentals are there (low temperature cooking, traditional products such as milk pig, rabbit, eggs, bar, ....) but they are associated with flavors used as condiments. (pears, olives, mustard....)It's successful and very good. count €75 per person.
