particularly well-worked dishes: gyozas filled with a beef with very medieval flavours, or carp croquettes. the main dish was tasty without being of the same level, but very good yet (maybe not very copyy to my taste). the culminating point was a dazzling dessert: a thousand-sheets of fried phyllo paste with a digestive and ultra light whipped whipped with pomegranate grains. nice staff and pleasant setting, especially by an acoustic that keeps the quiet place, even if there is a world.

Kleines, aber feines Hotel im Zentrum von Belfort. Die Zimmer sind kompakt, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet (einzig ein Kühlschrank/Mini-Bar fehlt). Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ok (für französische Standards). Highlight ist jedoch das dazugehörige Restaurant (wo auch das Frühstück serviert wird), in dem man wahrlich hervorragend speisen kann! Fazit: kein Ziel für einen Wellness-Urlaub, wer jedoch einen Ankerpunkt zum Erkunden von Belfort sucht ist hier richtig!
