Worst service I have ever experienced. I would never suggest it to anyone. We were a group of friends and when we entered the restaurant we asked from a waiter named Laura if there is any available table for us to seat. She said...yes and took us to our table. When we settled there and we were ready to order the manager comes and tell us that this table is reserved and we have to leave in We told him that Laura sat us here so he went to talk to her. Laura comes to our table a minute later and with a horrible attitude and without even give us any apology she said you have to leave in min and when we told her ‘but you gave us the table’ , her reply was ‘well now you have to leave , thats it’. We excised her attitude to her lack of English so we ordered our drinks. The drinks came minutes later and we get to Negronis instead of Nikka. We call Laura again to complain and she interrupted us saying I am very busy,gave us a bad hand gesture and left very angry , leaving us awed by what we had just witnessed. We were so angry at that point that we asked for the bill to just leave. The bill came with the wrong drink in it... Honestly I don’t consider myself picky but being tread like this, make me wonder how this place still running and how the manager keeps people like Laura as the face of the restaurant.
Wanted to have an drink before our dinner at the restaurant just above (Cap Horn) but no chance to get it on time and to get anything like ginger ale or bitter lemon. They rather discussed the set up of their bar and...how to clean the shaker devices. I am not sure whether they or me have a different understanding of customer service. Fact is they are saturated and the customer most likely should be thankful that they serve persons like me. WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ever experienced.
Worst Service and by far the worst stuff/ waitresses i have ever experienced. Definitely not worth to spend your night and your money at this place. The waitress called Laura, worst attitude ever (extremely rude) and also the manager he cared more not to tell...us the name of the “rude” waitress, rather than what is actually happened AGAIN the attitude of the waitress was BY FAR THE WORST AND VERY ARROGANT . Never not going back , and i would suggest to AVOID this place.
This is our favorite restaurant in Chamonix. Their cave room is one of the more romantic dinner spots and you have the entire room to yourself. This is one of our anniversary spots we hope to come to for a long time.
