We've been in the restaurant since the casino's entrance. First, the doorman must open a sas so that we have the opportunity to access it. I agree that this corridor deserved a good refection, we get where we are, either between the entrances for the toilets and between the kitchens. There's a better way to get into it. After we arrive in a large room and a big bar. We had the opportunity to enjoy the terrace with a view of the Jura.We took a bottle of valour for the aperitif and it will follow us for the meal. The first thing that draws my attention is the prices that I find relatively low and asks me the question about the amount we will receive. We were three in the entrances: artichoke salt, mushrooms and foie gras shavings to euro 11, and for two others we took the mimosa egg of constant granny that made me more thought of "C......s of donkeys" for the connoisseurs. In the main dish, cod back on me, I took the head of calf, tongue and poached cervae, ravigot sauce. The dishes were very good, perhaps a little bit of brain in my dish. In dessert, on the recommendation of a server, very effective, we took the half-sel caramel mille-leaf that was excellent. We had a very nice evening.
