This restaurant is open at lunchtime only Monday to Friday.It caters mainly for local discerning business men.It is owned and run by Nicolas Santi and his wife Florence.It is small with about 20 covers and booking is essential.the food is prepared by Nicolas to the very highest standards and the menu is changed twice a week.We ate there on two occasions and found the standard of the food extremely high(I have eaten worse in Michelin starred restaurants)There is no outdoor seating

a unique menu therefore guaranteed freshness allied to an originality in the compositions. the chef who is also sommelier has installed his cellar as a decor from the back of the restaurant to help choose the best accompaniment to the proposed dishes.... and to go back with a good bottle. We have tested several times and have never been disappointed.

Flawless: warm welcome, very classy sober decor, unique lunch menu excellent in terms of taste, quality and freshness of the products, the harmonious assembly of the dishes and the presentation of the dishes. One of my favorite restaurants near Voiron!
