Als Hausgäste - auf der Durchreise - haben wir abends das regionale Menü (menue du terroir) genossen. Es war ausgezeichnet. Die Küche der Corrèze ist auvergnatisch geprägt, deftig, mit viel Fleisch und Käse. Für die einzelnen Gänge hat man immer die Wahl; wir hatten die Salatplatte mit den typischen "gésiers" (Geflügelmägen"), "tête de veaux au sauce gribiche" und drei Sorten Käse. Alles zwar sehr mächtig und trotz Menü die Portionen sehr groß, aber es gibt ja Menschen mit einem größeren Appetit als mich. Qualität der Zutaten, Zubereitung und Geschmack waren tadellos. Das Ambiente geschmackvoll, der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles empfehlenswert!

Cuisine simple mais très gouteuse. Service efficace et dynamique. Buffet de desserts. Tout cela pour 11, 90 € incroyable..Nous reviendrons
