a menu at 26,50 per person and a very interesting choice of dishes. an excellent home brandade, a tasteful eggplant pope, a little too close to the martin eggplant bread, but good for admissions. a lamb shoulder and a daurade net for dishes, very tasteful and surrounded by vegetables for our pleasure. purée de panais, carrots et courgette glacées, gratin dauphinois fabuleux. desserts are on the same range, very good and fresh. a fruit salad offered to the person who did not want to eat sugar, made at the minute and based on fresh fruit only. We'll be back with pleasure.
small hotel in the heart of the village of maussane, friendly welcome. Too bad that this hotel is at the intersection of 2 roads is what makes many passages, if you are lucky to be on the pool side, it is better but with a disadvantage to be next to the extracting hood of the kitchen and odors as well. .par against the dinner is absolutely gastronomic, nothing to say excellent and very pleasant service a server that is in small care . excellent breakfast , quality ratio excellent price
excellent ratio quality price . from the reception to the beginning everything is perfect . for having made almost all the restaurants of maussane, I find that it would deserve to be in the first 3 ( for my part it is the 1st ) .
