We had booked and warned of our late arrival. Result : a closed reception (despite the indication open 24 hours a day) a receptionist who tells us he will arrive in 10 minutes but who will take more than 30 minutes to arrive a key that does not open the room no other rooms available a wide open gate offering no security to your vehicle We were therefore not able to sleep there (fortunately we had the possibility of sleeping elsewhere, because if we didn't know anyone nearby we would have slept OUTSIDE) Add to that the common areas with questionable maintenance and the occupants of the hotel without embarrassment. We may have chained bad luck but it's still a lot. Definitely, I don't recommend this place. An apology was still made and a refund made. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

Delighted with our stay as a couple at the Hôtel des Pins Galants. We were very well received. We slept very well in our room and were able to be independent thanks to the small kitchen included. Thanks to the lady at reception who was lovely in advising us on some nearby walks along the Touch river. The place is nice, I recommend it!
