Les Tables De La Gare

This old station is right on the Avenue Verte cycleway. Ideal for a lunch stop where I chose the Menu de Cheminet which was a galette with ham, egg, cheese with a small green salad; a crepe sucre. Just enough for a lunch stop and refuel before the next leg of my cycle ride. Very helpful staff, toilets and I sat outside as it was still warm enough in September. All in all lovely, ideally placed.

Friendly, fun eaterie in the renovated old railway station buildings now right. Delicious range of galettes, crepes not quit up to the same standard. Salads and veggie options on offer and a range of products from their local suppliers honey, cider, wines, vegetables and grains. Table football too to entertain your family and friends of all ages. Definitely worth a trip.

It was impossible to ask if the place is open on Facebook they announce closed temporarily) and once on the spot, we saw that the waiter was overwhelmed by the situation. So no, not going again.

Rude, ridiculously slow and the salad with smoked trout was the worst salad I’ve had on my 2 week bicycle ride through France. Avoid.

Great coffee and crepes very friendly staff. Really tranquil spot and well worth a visit. Also have some local produce for sale.
