Les terrasses de la mer

Worse meal ever. The food was over cooked. They didn't keep the sitting order or the orders taken. We waited for our meal so long we forgot what we order. The mussels were brown and very little we had to ask for additional portion witch came after 1 hour correct one hour and after we requested it 4 times. The bill was charged with more items than what we had ordered. The place was so dirty that I was very sorry that we picked that place for dinner.

Menu seemed reasonable so popped in. A lot of variations on moules so chose one. It arrived luke warm so mentioned it to staff who took it away and returned moments later saying it was now hot. It was but now overcooked and rubbery !!! My wifes meal a fixed price of the day was much better and was fine .Mine was taken from the bill and the staff were very good about it, so perhaps an off day

We spend a lot of time in France, several months each year and eat out often. I am not a harsh critic, if you read my other reviews you will see that. However, this may be the worst place I have ever eaten in. Both in terms of service and food. Please go somewhere else. The restaurant next door is very good indeed and cheaper.

My wife and I had dinner there and we loved everything they served us in the fixed price menu. Fish of the day Washington absolutely delicious.

Service was good and the food was of good quality (especially the fish). One of the better restaurants in Courseulles.
