the environment is beautiful, very soothing. the staff is helpful and friendly. the kitchen is however a serious problem for the price. was it due to a lack of staff in the next season? the hechtknödel were not homemade, the soße was a simple...collection of industrial lobster bisque and crème fraiche. the tasteless spade came directly from a dose, the salat dressing came from a catering tube. the frozen trout was digested and overcooked. that was not lorrained about it and looked more like a kind of smoked and carburized Turkish şucuk. the frozen desserts froze a carbahn restaurant. for more than 60€ for two we eat in thiriet sodexo low cost intercompany restaurant with view of the sea. I have the impression that management takes the customers for idiots.
The welcome is courteous. We booked a big table with friends. we chose the menu with access to the casino. the menu is very accessible, with a good choice of entry, dish and dessert. the entrance was good (snail) but quite limited in quantity (3 small snails without shell). the chosen dish was very good, the very tender meat for my plate and well cooked vegetables. (paleron) for dessert, we were disappointed. The burnt cream was too consistent and small vanilla. chocolate dessert was very heavy and fat, many did not appreciate it. The table service was good, but little smile and not coming. access to the casino is then fast, the cocktail offered inside is selected from a list defined by the bar and not to your choice.
the restaurant's interior was welcoming and modern in a warm style and wise. we were immediately welcomed by the smart manager. the personal was it. Immaculately came out and very helpful through our meal. the restaurant was full, but our service was fast and the server. win the impression that they had time for everyone, but they moved quickly and with intention around the restaurant. the menu choices were more than sufficient for our needs and eating came hot and it was tasty with reasonable portion sizes. a very pleasant experience.
