Everything has been a disaster from the beginning. We called on the phone to ask if they made Valencian paella since I came on vacation to visit my family and wanted to spend a pleasant day with them. They tell us yes. We ask them if they reserve a table for 9 people, 5 adults and 4 children. They say yes but at 4pm, it was 2:30 pm. We understand that it is Sunday and it is a busy day. We go at 4pm and they tell us that we have to wait, the table is not ready, that we return at 4:15 pm. There were many other empty tables and about 3 waitresses outside and 2 more at the bar. They tell us in a minute your table will be ready. But nobody is setting up any table. We wait another 10 min standing. Until a waitress asks a group of 8 people to leave their table to sit us, having empty tables. Finally, we sat down. We had ordered the paella for 5, since we were 5 adults and the children do not eat the same amount. Normally always on a lot of paella. We ordered drinks, salads and chicken fingers too. Lousy attention, they don't bring us dishes. My cousin had to go order them at the bar and bring them. When the paella arrives, without a spoon to serve it, we notice that it is very small. But we began to distribute it, after ordering a spoon in the bar and also bringing it in addition to the salad dressing, and putting a minimum amount for the children there is not enough for us. We call the manager and tell him that it is not for 5 people, it is very small. We tell him that we don't want anything else and that we are leaving. It threatens us to call the police if we don't pay for the rest of the food and drinks. Very rudely. When we go to the bar to clarify it and pay for what we had eaten, not the paella. The cook tells the manager that paella was for 2 people. But the manager not only does not apologize, but treats us badly by saying that as we wanted to eat 9 people a paella for 5. Terrible service, bad management and very bad experience. If from the beginning they could not attend us or did not want to make us the paella, we would only have gone to another restaurant. The children did not eat anything and we only salads. The only good thing of all is the Cala Advocat place. Normally when you made a mistake like that, you should not just put all the food for free. But also make a new meal for customers. They had never treated me like this before. Thanks for everything because we never come back.
We came and they gave us a table. It took over 10 minutes to get their attention. We had a beer and orded a hamburger. The food was good but the service was bad. We will have friends here coming over and we wont take them here as We thougt.

Before it was perfect here but now …. Food was not ok. Tuna red was well done. Apero was only a bit and we had to ask a few times to get and pay a double. So really not the old perfect.
