Liberty Bell - Tisch reservieren

Food was fine. Nothing special but I didn't expect much from a chain like Beefeater. The service however. Server was in too much of a rush to pay much attention. As soon as she had done the bare minimum she ran off. If you wanted to add another drink to the order you had to practically shout to get her attention. I could understand if it was busy but it really wasn't. When we eventually got our order we pointed out that we were missing some items and she argued that we didnt order them. No we did but you didnt stop to listen. Service was slow. Waited almost 45 minutes for the first things to arrive at the table and once we were done the empty plates sat for at least 20 minutes. Glasses were not cleared at all. My mother inlaw tipped our server, I have to be honest I wouldn't have. To add insult to injury however as we were getting ready to leave we were told to hurry up as the next group wanted our table. We had our table booked, we were there for 2 and a half hours. For 2 courses. The only reason we were there for this long was because of the slow service, then they had the cheek to hurry out a group with 2 elderly people who were clearly struggling to move? Disgusting!

Have visited this Beefeater several times and each time the men's toilets near the bar have been out of order!!!! We stayed 3 nights in the Premier Inn next door and on the last night both the male and female toilets were out of order near the door between Premier Inn and Beefeater. The female toilets near the bar smelt!! On a better note, the food was very good, great menu for adults and children. All staff were happy, helpful and friendly. Food came quickly after being ordered, good size portions, well cooked and presented, hot and tasty. All in all the meal was great, no problems at all.

Me and my partner arrived for an evening meal and the restaurant was absolutely packed.they had 3 coach loads of young gymnasts for the weekend. as always the staff where brilliant ,they where rushed off there feet but still had time to make you feel welcome.a big thank you to Steve,Craig,Ellis, Tracey, Sam and all the staff on the night,we had the chargrilled king prawns and vegetables on skewers with a nice salad and was cooked to perfection a really good dish and we will be back soon

Friemdly and helpful staff, my steak was cooked to perfection and the cost was very reasonable. My only real complaint is there could have been more of it, but as I need to lose a few lbs it's not an issue..

Another nice lunch and very well looked after by the friendly and attentive staff always made to feel very welcomed but never feel like we are being rushed
