Sabores intensos, combinados a la perfección. Sorprendiendo el trabajo hecho con el abismo de este cocinero tímido pero muy valiente al mismo tiempo. Algunos platos muy arriesgados pero con un final más que feliz. Felicitaciones por su gran trabajo.
Espectacular. Aquí hay chispas, es muy interesante la evolución año a año y ver cómo desarrollan una cocina mediterránea moderna llena de sabor. Una verdadera fiesta. ¡Enhorabuena!
